Donate what you can, Take all you want

Through the month of June, the Chicago Temple will have the theater in the basement filled with a variety of things that have filled the Chicago Temple in hopes of cleaning out the clutter. Chili's Dine for a Cause

Grab your co-workers, friends and family and head to Chili's from April 24 to May 8. By dining in or placing a carry out order, Chili's will donate 15% of the check to the Homeless Ministry! Simply bring in the included flyer or mention the Chicago Temple Homeless Ministry when placing order. Locations include: Staet & Ontario, Skokie, Evanston, Orland Park, Naperville, North Riverside, and Chicago Ridge.

Friends and Family Day

We encourage all to invite a friend or family member on Sunday, May 8th for worship at the Chicago Temple. On that Sunday, we'll have gifts for our guests, extra tours of the church and Sky Chapel, and an extended fellowship time. The Reach Out/Reach In committee will be asking you to show some radical hospitality to make guests feel especially welcomed that weekend! Let us witness and share our faith in the church we love, wit hthe people we love.

May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month

Each Sunday in May will feature a lector representing a different Asian/Pacific country as well as special communion representing that week's focus. Also join us on May 15 as the Mabuhay Fellowship, the Chicago Temple's long standing Filipino group, will host a fundraising luncheon.
