BAPTISM Form

Upon receipt of the baptism request, the information will be brought to the next staff meeting for review of the date with the worship calendar. A member of our clergy staff will contact you and set up an appointment for the parent(s) to come and discuss the baptism.

Additional information, baptisms usually held on the second and fourth Sundays of the month at the 11 am worship service. Baptisms can be held during the 5 pm worship service on Saturdays. Baptisms are not scheduled during Lent. Sponsors/godparents are optional.
