| WORSHIP | $374,783 (37% OF BUDGET) | |
• 30,000 annual attendees heard the Word of God during 6worship services weekly. • 71 musicians across 5musical groups conducted over 90 worship music presentations. • 234 communion services held • 60 new members joined our congregation with over 12 baptisms • 52 weekly sky chapel services held • 38 marriages celebrated involving over 10-hours of pre-marriage counseling for each couple |

| OUTREACH | $284,938 (28% OF BUDGET) | |
• 7,000 hot meals served to the homeless citizens of our community. • 14 twelve-step support groups held weekly meetings serving hundreds of community members in need. • 2,500 US and International visitors guided though our church during daily tours. • 365-days per year our sanctuary was open to the public. • Four-continent mission work in US,Chile,Philippines & Ghana resulted in: • 1,000 impoverished residents provided free medical care and prescriptions. • 900 children and families supported through construction work on preschool and health clinic. • 3,000 guests were hosted at annual Humanities Festival. • 2 front-page Chicago Tribunearticles highlighted our inclusive ministry in the heart of the City. • Over a dozen press conferences and community discussions on social change were provided safe space in our church. |

• 500 children,youth,and adults received29,000 hours of Sunday school education. • 2,000+ hours of tutoring provided to more than 30 Chicagostudents in the Tutoring Center*. • 1,200 hours of nursery care provided to 20 infants and toddlers. • 50 adult students graduated from a beginning or advanced Disciple Bible Study. • 150 people participated in a variety of topical small groups. * The Outstanding Partnership Award was given to Chicago Temple on Oct 28,2009 for our supporting partnership with Ruben Salazar,a Chicago Public School. This top award is given through the Chicago Public Schools and the Mayor. |
