Fall Gospel of Luke Overview

A pre session overview of Luke will be on Thursday, Oct. 14 at 6:15 pm via Zoom for those who are less familiar with the Gospel of Luke.
All are invited to join Rev. Dr. Cheri Magrini, info@chicagotemple.org and Beverlee Anderson in learning about the prominent eating themes in Luke.
The theme of Food and Eating is very prominent in the Book of Luke. The study will focus on the important role of food, eating, and hospitality throughout Jesus’ ministry and the physical, emotional and symbolic aspects of food in today’s Christianity. We will share recipes, eating rituals, practices and blessings that are important in our lives.
