RELAXATION YOGA WITH SHELLY GESSLER

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Mental Health Task Force committee is pleased to invite all whom are interested to this free experience of deep relaxation in a 45 minute mindfulness session. You will learn and practice specific techniques that will help you slow down and embrace being present in the moment. The session will end with a tranquil guided meditation. For questions, contact Marci Corbin at marci.corbin@abbvie.com. Shelly Gessler, RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200, will lead the session. She has been practicing Yoga and mindfulness for over 10 years and has taught both for over 8 years. She welcomes all people with any experience to the session.
