Have you always wanted to learn more about the Bible book of Revelation? This fall is your opportunity to be part of a community exploring Revelation together. You are invited to an eight week study taking place online via zoom with Rev. Dr. Cheri Magrini. In addition to the study book, there are weekly personal reflection prompts to guide your reading, discussion and drawing from additional theologian commentaries. The main study book is Revelation for Everyone by N.T. Wright, a well respected theologian and Bible study teacher. There are plenty of new and used copies available online.
The study book is readily understandable, explains symbols, metaphors, politics and power, and how this relates to the history of Israel and other parts of the Bible. Most of all, he guides the reader into discovering how the message of hope in Revelation is relevant to today and to one’s personal faith journey.
