This training program, provided by the United Methodist Church, for the “Volunteers in Mission” (VIM) program, allows individuals to participate in short-term mission trips around the world to serve communities in need by engaging in activities like construction, disaster relief, community development, and spiritual support; essentially, it’s a training program to equip volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively serve on a Methodist mission trip.
